Protect your access credentials; immediately report any unauthorized access. Dealtoplegal will take reasonable steps to secure account information but is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials when you fail to follow security guidance.
Accounts and credentials are personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by Dealtoplegal.
If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach affecting your account, notify Dealtoplegal immediately so we can take appropriate containment and remediation steps.
Dealtoplegal reserves the right to suspend access to accounts where misuse or suspicious activity is detected or where compliance with legal obligations requires temporary restriction.

While Dealtoplegal seeks to provide timely legal advice, availability of specific staff and resources may vary; timelines are estimated and depend on collaboration with clients and third parties.

User Conduct Rules
Users must observe the following conduct rules when interacting with Dealtoplegal services or platforms.
- Do not submit fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful content.
- Respect privacy and confidentiality obligations; do not disclose third-party confidential information without authorization.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security controls or access restricted systems.
- Provide truthful and accurate information when interacting with consultants and legal personnel.
- Refrain from using the site to solicit clients or redistribute legal content without permission.
- Comply with applicable professional conduct rules and local regulations when seeking to engage Dealtoplegal for representation.
- Cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation or confirmation necessary to perform legal services.

User Content
Where clients or users submit materials or information, they are responsible for the content provided to Dealtoplegal and for obtaining any necessary consents.
Clients retain ownership of documents and materials they provide to Dealtoplegal, subject to any license granted to us to use those materials to provide services.
By providing content, you grant Dealtoplegal a non-exclusive, revocable license to use such content for the purposes of delivering agreed services and for internal quality assurance.
You warrant that content you provide does not violate third-party rights and is lawful. Dealtoplegal may decline to process content that appears unlawful or infringes rights.
Where lawful and practicable, we will remove or return client materials upon request at the end of an engagement, subject to retention obligations for legal or regulatory purposes.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Dealtoplegal's website content, templates, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Dealtoplegal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Dealtoplegal proprietary content without written permission.
- Use of Dealtoplegal branding, logos, or activity requires prior written consent.
- If you believe your intellectual property has been used improperly, notify Dealtoplegal with sufficient details to allow contribute.

Fees and Paid Services
Certain services, including bespoke transaction support or retained advisory packages, are provided for a fee. Fees will be detailed in engagement letters or service agreements.
Pricing is set based on the scope, complexity, and level of expertise required. Fee estimates are provided in good faith and reflect our professional assessment; actual fees may vary based on client instructions and unforeseen developments.
Payments are due in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter. Accepted payment methods and invoicing intervals will be specified in the engagement agreement.
Where subscription or retainer arrangements are offered, their duration, termination rights, and renewal conditions will be documented in a subscription agreement.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis consistent with the engagement terms and subject to deduction for work already performed and costs incurred.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination provisions; outstanding fees for services performed up to termination remain payable.
Clients are responsible for applicable taxes related to services, and Dealtoplegal will invoice taxes where legally required.
Dealtoplegal may adjust fees for future services with reasonable notice where market conditions or regulatory costs materially change.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and recovery actions for outstanding balances, subject to applicable law and professional ethics.

Upon termination, Dealtoplegal will return or, where agreed, retain client documents per retention policies, subject to outstanding fee recovery and legal obligations to preserve certain records.

Dispute Resolution
Parties will seek to resolve disputes by negotiation and, where appropriate, mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction and dispute resolution process agreed in the engagement letter.
